Biography
Mr. Ming Hui Liu is the Co-founder of China Gas Holdings and also serves as its Chairman of the Board, Executive Committee and Nomination Committee & Vice Chairman of the Sustainability Committee. He was appointed as non-executive Director on 17 August 2012 and has been elected as an executive Director of the Company in September 2012. He was a non-executive Director of the Company from April 2002 to July 2002, an executive Director of the Company from July 2002 to April 2011 and the managing Director of the Company from July 2002 to January 2011. He graduated from Hebei Normal University in the Faculty of Mathematics, and has substantial working experiences in the infrastructure and energy industry in the People's Republic of China.
