Biography

Mr. Emmanuel Rotat serves as Partner & Chief Financial Officer at Meridiam. In his previous position as Project Director at Egis Projects, Emmanuel Rotat managed a number of infrastructure projects, taking part in negotiations and structuring in Europe and the Asia/Pacific region. He was involved in structuring and closing Meridiam's first fund and initiating the company's earliest investments in the United States (Texas) and Europe (Austria). From 2006, as Meridiam's Investment Director, he was in charge of developing new PPP opportunities in Ireland and France. Currently Meridiam's Chief Financial Officer, he is in charge of strategic orientation as well as the full range of administrative and financial activities relating to Meridiam's funds and their management companies. He holds an engineering degree from Ecole Centrale de Nantes and an Executive MBA from HEC Paris business school, and began his career at the Centre for Transport Studies at University College London.
