Having started his career in retail banking he subsequently moved into corporate banking at Barclays Bank PLC. From there he moved to a national recruitment firm and demonstrated his talent by building out a specialist banking division from a standing start. Mark prides himself on the strength and depth of the relationships he continues to build in the market.
