Biography

Mr. Stéphane Noirie served as Partner & Operations Director at Meridiam Infrastructure. He graduated from the Ecole Nationale de l'Eau et de l'Environnement in Strasbourg and subsequently held various positions in the PPP and concessions sectors. In 1998 he joined Suez Group, a major global utility company whose activities relate to the design, financing, construction, and operation of water and energy facilities. At Suez, he developed, managed, or restructured infrastructure projects in South Korea, Singapore, Mexico, Australia, and Europe. In 2006, he joined Vinci Concessions as Structured Finance Manager for international projects and largely contributed to Vinci's successful positioning as a leader in the large infrastructure market with projects in Europe like Coentunnel in the Netherlands, R1 in Slovakia or Liefkenshoek Rail Tunnel in Belgium. Then late 2008, he was appointed Manager of Vinci Concessions for Portugal with the development of HSL projects and asset management activities related to the Lusoponte Tagus crossings' concession. He is Meridiam's Director of Asset Management and performs a wide variety of tasks related to the portfolio and the proactive management of participations of Meridiam Infrastructure Fund and is responsible for the ongoing management, operational, and partnership activities of the projects owned by Meridiam worldwide.
