Dwight Strayer General Information

Biography

Mr. Dwight Strayer serves as Chief Strategy Officer at Service Express. He joined Service Express as one of its first field engineers in 1988 when the company was better known as Great Lakes Computer. He was named IT director in 1999 and initiated automation frequently used in our service and support processes. In 2000, he was named Vice President of Service and then Chief Operating Officer in 2012. He takes pride in his ability to help grow and develop leaders within the organization. he currently serves as the President of the SIA (Service Industry Association).
