Biography

Mr. David Pickerd serves as a Partner at Caldicot Capital. He is an accomplished investor with over a decade of experience performing middle-market buyouts. Prior to joining Caldicot, he was a Principal at Tregaron Capital where he led initiatives to source and execute new investments as well as support the firm's portfolio companies. Before joining Tregaron, he worked at Vector Capital, a San Francisco-based private equity group with $2 billion under management, where he executed middle-market buyouts in North America and Europe. He began his career in investment banking at Citigroup in Palo Alto, focusing on mergers and financings in the technology industry. He also worked at Bain & Company, where he provided strategic advice to middle market and Fortune 500 clients. He received a BS in accounting from Brigham Young University, magna cum laude, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
