Biography
Mr. Jannick Brøndum served as Attorney at Bruun & Hjejle. He is a Partner & General Counsel and is responsible for sourcing and executing investments while focusing on the legal aspects of the investments. He comes with significant experience in legal professional services as well as M&A in a large international setting. He has a background from top-tier Danish law firm Bruun & Hjejle as well as from A.P. Moller - Maersk where he was Head of Legal in the Energy division of A.P. Moller - Maersk finding structural solutions for the oil and oil-related companies and instrumental in the successful transformation of A.P. Moller - Maersk and the Maersk Energy businesses. He is a professionally qualified Danish lawyer and admitted to the Danish Bar. He holds a Master of Law from Aarhus University.
