Biography

Mr. Lennart Crain serves as Partner, Co-Head of Corporate/M&A group & Attorney-at-law at AKD. He has ample experience in transactions for financial institutions and private equity, for real estate funds and in the TMT sector. Before joining AKD Lennart was with De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek, where he advised on both domestic and cross-border deals. He regularly works with leading international law firms on multi-jurisdictional mandates. In New York Lennart obtained an MBA in Finance at Columbia Business School.
