Biography

Mr. Narayan Shetkar serves as Chief Strategy Officer at Aeries Technology. He is responsible for supporting and executing the Company's inorganic growth strategy and corporate development initiatives including mergers and acquisitions, investments, divestments, business combinations and structuring. He has served as Director at Singhi Advisors. He joined Team Singhi in in the year 2014. Narayan is a Director with Singhi Advisors and leads Singhi's initiatives in sectors like Manufacturing, Healthcare, Engineering, Infrastructure and Renewable Energy. Narayan brings with him over 15 years' work experience across Management Consulting, Corporate Banking and Investment Banking. In the past, he has successfully originated and closed 21 M&A and Private Equity transactions aggregating~ Rs. 30 bn. Prior to being part of Singhi family, he worked with Srei Infrastructure Finance Ltd where he served as Head of Corporate Finance Advisory. He has also worked as Director - Corporate Finance (PE and M&A) at Deloitte, and closed many prestigious domestic and cross border transactions. He also worked with MAPE Advisory as Vice President- Origination & Execution of M&A and PE Transactions, Axis Bank and Citi Bank and brings on table strong corporate relationships and deep understanding of financial markets. Narayan is a Chartered Accountant & CFA by qualification. He also received a master's degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai.
