Biography

Mr. Jason Rabineau serves as Chief Risk Officer and Head of Quantitative Strategy at Strategic Investment Group. Mr. Rabineau directs Strategic's investment risk measurement and management activities. Prior to joining Strategic, he worked in various capacities at AEGON Institutional Markets, Inc. as Director, Risk Management. Mr. Rabineau began working at AEGON in 2004, and focused on municipal reinvestments and medium-term notes, valuation, structured products and, most recently, liquidity and collateral management. Prior to AEGON, Mr. Rabineau worked as Assistant Vice President at Jefferson-Pilot Life Insurance Company in annuity product development. He holds an M.B.A. from Wake Forest University and a B.S. in Mathematical Sciences from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and is a member of the American Academy of Actuaries. Mr. Rabineau is a CFA charter holder and is a member of the CFA Society of Washington, D.C.
