Biography

Mr. Ulf Henriksson serves as Board Member at ADES International Holding. Mr. Henriksson served as President, Chief Executive Officer, and Board Member at Dematic. He joined Dematic in April 2013. Originally from Sweden, he has more than 20 years of leadership experience under his belt and has proven to consistently achieve strong results for global businesses. An economist and engineer by training, he understands both the commercial as well as technical sides of businesses. He was previously CEO of Invensys Plc, an FTSE 100 listed global technology company. He successfully completed its turnaround in 2006 transforming Invensys to a fast-growing, profitable, and capable technology company. Before joining Dematic, he acted as senior advisor to TPG and was a Board member of Hexagon AB. His earlier career saw him working in leadership positions at Eaton Corporation, Honeywell, AlliedSignal, and Volvo. He is a member of the Dematic Board of Directors.
