Biography

Mr. J.J. Shah served as Board Member at Verity Capital Group. He received his M.B., B.S., from the University of Baroda in India. Since 1984, Dr. Shah has served as President of the Gwinnet Clinic, which is a rapidly expanding multi-specialty medical group with 30 physicians and over 16 facilities located in Barrow, Gwinnett and Walton Counties. Various appointments and memberships include: Diplomat of American Board of Orthopedic Surgery; Fellow, American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons; Member, Floyd E. Bliven Society at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta; Life Member, Indian Orthopedic Association; Clinical Instructor, Department of Orthopedics at the Medical College of Georgia; Clinical Instructor, Department of Orthopedics at the Emory University School of Medicine; Member, Board of Trustees for the Hospital Authority of Gwinnett County and Commissioner, of the Asian American Commission of Georgia. Dr. Shah has also served in various bank oversight roles such as Director, Chairman of the Strategic Planning Committee, and Member of Loan Committee. Dr. J.J. Shah also serves as a Director for Verity Bank in Winder, Georgia.
