Biography

Mr. David Snodgrass served as the Chief Operating Officer at Greenwoods Solicitors. He looks at the big picture, working with many parts of the business to ensure they work together seamlessly. Having gained experience working with professional service firms and law firms in particular, David joined Greenwoods as Finance Manager in September 2000. Over the next three years the level of debt and work in progress in the firm were halved and the process of financial management revolutionised, giving lawyers responsibility and accountability for financial management of their areas of work. He became involved with the organization and facilitation of the firm's annual strategy days, gaining a greater understanding of the link between the marketing, finance, IT and HR functions. In May 2009 he became the firm's first Chief Operating Officer, with overall responsibility for delivering and managing the firm's internal functions including finance, IT and HR.
