Biography

Ms. Colleen Schwarz served as Chair at Colorado Trust. Ms. Colleen Schwarz serves as Vice President of Affordable Housing at Community Reinvestment Fund. She also leads product management, market research, investor relations and sales prospecting for the program. Prior to joining CRF's staff, Schwarz served on CRF's Board of Trustees as the Vice-Chair and Co-Chair of the Loan Review Advisory Committee. She was the Vice President of Business Development for GMAC Commercial Holding Company (now Capmark), where she developed and revitalized relationships with State Housing Finance Agencies and other institutions and launched a private label higher education loan product for the GM family. Previously, she served as Deputy Executive Director for production and lending programs at the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority, one of CRF's key lending partners. Early in her career, Schwarz served as a business banker at the United Bank of Denver and the Arizona Bank. She holds an MBA from Arizona State University. She also serves as Chair at Colorado Trust.
