Biography

Mr. Keith Lowey serves as a Partner at Verdolino & Lowey. He served as an Active Partner at North Andover Investor Collaborative II. He also serves as a Member of Investors Collaborative. He is the Co-Founder & also serves as Chief Financial Officer at 10Talents Investors. He is the President of Verdolino & Lowey, P.C., a CPA firm employing 40 plus accounting professionals and support staff. He and his team are responsible for all of the reporting and tax functions associated with the family of 10Talents fund vehicles. Prior to V&L, from 1986 to 1990, He worked for the Sullivan family (founders of the New England Patriots) and was the CFO for Sullivan Stadium during the sale process and transition to the current stadium ownership. Mr. Lowey began his career at the Boston office of Arthur Anderson where he served as a Senior Auditor in the commercial audit division. He is a licensed CPA (since 1986), Certified in Financial Forensics, Certified Insolvency & Restructuring Advisor, and was inducted as a Fellow in the American College of Bankruptcy. Mr. Lowey also serves as Treasurer and a director of the Mental Health Leadership Initiative, Inc. (dba The Kennedy Forum), a 501(C)(3) formed by former Congressman Patrick J. Kennedy. He also serves as CFO and a director of Clear Health Partners, LLC an entity whose vision is to be the leader in revolutionizing the health insurance system by transforming how payer-based medical necessity and coverage determinations are managed and regulated. Mr. Lowey received a BS in Accountancy from Bentley University.
