Biography

Ms. Gail Page serves as Executive Chairman at NX Prenatal. She serves as Chairman at Sword Bio. She is a veteran women's health diagnostics executive. She also serves as Advisor, Medical Devices at Solas BioVentures. Ms. Page co-founded and served as Chairman at Consortia Health. In January 2013. Ms. Page founded Vineyard Investment Advisors to partner with entrepreneurs, businesses, and universities to transform their ideas into products and services. Prior to this, she served as the President, CEO, and Director of Vermillion from 2006 thru December 2012. She serves as Board Member at MARABio. She also serves as Board Member & Executive Chairman at Prenatal and Board Member & Advisor at Onko Solutions. Under her leadership, Vermillion developed and commercially launched the first FDA-cleared blood test to help diagnose ovarian cancer. Prior to this, she held executive leadership positions at Luminex, LabCorp, and Roche Biomedical. Upon joining Vermillion in 2004 she inspired a pioneering spirit. Under her leadership, the company was repositioned to embrace the progressive nature of its pipeline, successfully raised over $100M in funding, and developed and commercially launched the first FDA-cleared blood test to help diagnose ovarian cancer. Ms. Page has spent her entire career in health care and has a passion for emerging technologies that advance the efforts in personalized medicine.
