Biography

Mr. Francis Zou serves as a Partner at White & Case. In the banking and bank regulatory area, he advises major international commercial banks and corporate borrowers in investment grade, leveraged or structured financing transactions, receivables financings and other trade financings, and debt restructurings. In addition, he advises foreign banks in connection with their applications to the Federal Reserve and the applicable federal or state bank chartering authorities to establish a presence in the U.S. and connection with their strategic expansion in the U.S. In the M&A and corporate area, Mr. Zou advises major international corporations and commercial banks in acquisitions, divestitures, roll-up transactions, and other corporate transactions, including acquisitions of broker-dealers and commercial banks. He has experience in both public and private M&A transactions.
