Biography
Ms. Kelly Labritz served as Senior Counsel at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld. Ms. Labritz also advises clients, including investment funds and other public and privately held companies, in their domestic and cross-border acquisitions and dispositions of businesses and related financings. Prior to joining Akin Gump, Ms. Labritz was a partner focusing on mergers and acquisitions in the corporate group of a top international law firm. Ms. Labritz received her B.A. in 1988 from the University of Arizona and her J.D. cum laude in 1991 from the University of Bridgeport School of Law, where she was the managing editor of the University of Bridgeport Law Review. She is a member of the Connecticut and the New York Bars.
