Biography

Mr. Edward Storm serves as Chief Operating Officer at StationDigital. He is also a Co-Founder and serves as Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer at Digital Ignition. He also served as Venture Partner at Steel Pier Capital Advisors. In addition, he is also the CFO / COO and Director of StationDigital Corporation, a digital streaming music service. He is responsible for all accounting, negotiating all employment and consulting agreements, establishing Human Resources infrastructure, and implementing with the USPTO of the Intellectual Property assets of the company. He was the President & CEO of Reward Wall Systems until he sold the company in February 2014. Over the last sixteen years, he had played an integral role with his current company Reward Wall Systems, taking it from $4 million to over $18 million in revenue at its' peak and weathering the economic storm in the construction industry with no additional capital required. He managed all daily activities at Reward, including but not limited to Sales, Accounting, Bank and Financing Relationships, and Manufacturing Production. He sat on the compensation committee and Board of Directors at Reward Wall Systems. He currently manages a real estate development company with holdings in NE, KS, CO & AZ totaling over 100,000 square feet of leasable space. His duties include lease negotiations, cash flow projections and budgeting, management of bank relationships, and property development. Prior to taking a controlling interest in Reward, he was an advisor at E.F. Hutton, Shearson Lehman Brothers, and R.W. Baird where he used his skills as a Certified Public Accountant to build a book of business in excess of $100 million in assets under management. Prior to his success as an investment advisor, he was a Certified Public Accountant having worked with Arthur Andersen in the Small Business Division helping clients grow and develop their businesses by providing Accounting, Tax, and Consulting Services. He is fluent in Quickbooks, Quicken, Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM Software. He attended the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and received a B.S. in Accountancy.
