Biography
Mr. Steven Gudovic serves as Managing Director at Oaktree Capital Management. He joined Oaktree in 2014 from Highstar Capital with over nine years of experience analyzing investments in the midstream energy, power generation, and utilities sectors. Prior to joining Highstar in 2006, Mr. Gudovic was an investment banking analyst in the Global Utilities Group of UBS where he worked on debt and equity offerings, as well as mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Gudovic currently serves as an observer on the Board of Directors of NorthStar Midstream and is an observer on the Board of Directors of Wildcat Midstream. He also served as a Board Member at Black Bear Midstream Holdings. Mr. Gudovic holds a B.A. degree in history from Northwestern University.
