Mr. Thomas Jacobs is the Founder & serves as Principal at Jacobs, Cohen and Associates. He serves as Venture Partner at Johnson Venture Partners. He served as Chief Financial Officer at BorderJump. He serves as Venture Partner at Johnson Venture Partners. He is a Certified Public Accountant with more than twenty years experience in corporate finance, strategic business planning and operations. As managing partner, Mr. Jacobs leads the firm's consulting practice and provides accounting and consulting services to clients in a wide variety of industries including online marketing firms, retail, healthcare, software development, and technology companies. Prior to founding JCA, he worked with Deloitte Touche in Houston and BDO Seidman in Washington, DC. He holds a BS in Management from Tulane University in New Orleans.
