In the following decade, he started and grew multiple ventures. Richardson created the first OtterBox waterproof case in his garage in the early '90s and in 1998, Otter Products was born. Richardson leads innovation and culture initiatives as founder, chairman and Chief Visionary Officer for Otter Products. Additionally, he's co-founder and chairman of Blue Ocean Enterprises Inc. and Blue Ocean Holdings LLC. In these roles, he discovers, creates and invests in business opportunities and makes strategic investments in commercial real estate.
