Biography

Mr. Paul Jansen serves as Senior Managing Director at Riveron. He served as Managing Director at Conway MacKenzie. He performs strategic, financial, and operational analyses on behalf of debtors and creditors to determine business viability and to develop survival, sale, or liquidation plans. Mr. Jansen has extensive experience serving as executive management to both publicly traded and privately held energy companies. He is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA), a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Texas, and a Register Accountant (CPA equivalent) in the Netherlands. Mr. Jansen is a member of the Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors, the Turnaround Management Association, and the American Institute of CPAs. Mr. Jansen served as Chief Restructuring Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Accounting Officer to publicly traded and privately held energy companies. He was responsible for operational and balance sheet restructuring, working capital management, and financial management. Mr. Jansen's financial management experience includes business valuations, financial modeling and budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls. Mr. Jansen's previous experience includes serving energy clients as a Senior Manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers in the United States and Europe.
