Biography

Ms. Fiona Anderson serves as Director & Head of Human Capital at Arcapita. She served as Managing Director at Oaktree Capital Management. Prior to joining Oaktree in 2012, Ms. Anderson spent four years as the People & Development Director at Cofunds Ltd. Prior thereto, she spent three years as the Head of Human Resources at Euronext.liffe (now New York Stock Exchange) and nearly two years as a Human Resources Business Partner at Commerzbank AG, where she was the primary relationship manager for the Investment Bank. Ms. Anderson's prior experience includes nine years of Human Resources training positions at the Bank of New York, General Accident Property Services, Northern Rock and Abbey National. She is certified in leadership development and holds an MBA from Bangor University, and in line with her passion for discovering potential, she also holds an MSc in applied positive psychology and MA in mindfulness-based approaches to health and wellbeing.
