Biography

Ms. Toni Kujawa served as a Senior Associate at Kotz, Sangster, Wysocki and Berg. She is an attorney practicing in the Detroit office of Kotz Sangster Wysocki P.C. She is a graduate of Wayne State University Law School and Eastern Michigan University. Ms. Kujawa's practice focuses on corporate matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and commercial contracts. As a member of the firm's Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group, she has represented both buyers and sellers in asset and stock purchases and sales. She has also negotiated and drafted complex business purchase and sales agreements. Within the firm's Commercial Contracts Practice Group, Ms. Kujawa has experience working with clients in a variety of industry sectors, including automotive suppliers, manufacturers, retail and financial services. She has negotiated and drafted a variety of commercial contracts, including supply agreements, indemnification agreements, leases, terms and conditions, nondisclosure agreements, licensing, consulting and employment agreements. Additionally, she has counseled automotive suppliers on nonperforming suppliers and maintaining supplier relationships.
