Biography

Mr. William Bergman served as Vice President of Employee Health & Benefits at Exelon. He leads the group responsible for the design, administration, communication, and compliance of Exelon's employee benefit plans. Bill joined Exelon Corporation in 2004. Prior to Exelon Corporation, Bill had 17 years of experience in the benefits field including both corporate and consulting firm positions. Bill has an extensive level of experience in the fields of employee benefits, risk management, and retirement plans. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from Kalamazoo College, a Master of Public Affairs from the University of Texas LBJ School, and the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation since 1989. He served as Plan Administrator at the Constellation Energy Nuclear Group.
