Biography
Mr. Burt Moorehouse served as Chief Financial Officer at Balcony Realty. He is a soft-spoken native Texan who might never let you know that he also went to Harvard. He spent his formative years building $100 million industrial and commercial construction company, Moorhouse Construction LP, in Corpus Christi. After his company was acquired in 2007 by a national construction firm, he co-founded Baxter Brooks Real Estate with Gabe. He also started a private equity fund, South Texas Private Growth Ltd., and oversees a diversified investment portfolio through Moorhouse Investments LP. He holds a bachelor of science in engineering science from Trinity University.
