Biography

Mr. Kyle Stanbro is a Co-Founder and serves as Managing Partner at 424 Capital. He also served as Chief Financial Officer at Clinical Support Services. He works closely with portfolio companies to manage their financial reporting, analysis, and planning. He is also engaged in evaluating strategic acquisition opportunities for these companies as they arise. He is passionate about helping companies execute their strategy and, ultimately, drive increased enterprise value. He held financial management positions at Travelers and Kodak. In these roles, he was focused on financial planning and analysis, as well as reporting at both the corporate and business unit levels. He received his MBA from the Simon Graduate School of Business at the University of Rochester, completing concentrations in Finance and Corporate Accounting. He earned his BS in Corporate Finance from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY, where he graduated summa cum laude.
