Biography

Mr. Won Yong Jung serves as Chief Executive Officer and Partner at SB Partners. Mr. Jung serves as a Tax Attorney at Kim & Chang. Mr. Jung is a tax attorney/certified public accountant of Kim & Chang, whose practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, real estate, private equity, and venture capital, and insolvency and restructuring. He has over fifteen years of experience in advising companies on a wide range of corporate finance transactions such as M&A, Real estate, NPL, and Corporate restructuring at Samjung KPMG. He established the FAS (Financial Advisory Service) division in Samjung KPMG and developed various areas of FAS practices at the Samjung KPMG including M&A, valuation, NPL, corporate restructuring, and real estate. Clients for Mr. Jung's representative sell-side M&A advisor deals include Korean companies in international trade, shipping, construction, automobile, and technology sectors. In addition, Mr. Jung has also published the Empirical Study on Price Determination of Combined Products. For his accomplishments, he received a Citation from the Minister of Strategy and Finance in 2007.
