Biography

Mr. Daniel Holtz serves as Chairman at Verifier Capital. He served as Board Member at Prestige Cruise Holdings. He joined Verifier Capital as an independent director in December 2007 and was appointed Chairman in April 2010. Mr. Holtz has served as Managing Principal of Walden Capital Management, L.L.C. since its inception in February 1998. Walden is a Miami-based financial services company specializing in equity capital and consulting services to smaller development stage companies, as well as leveraged real estate financing for development projects. Recent transactions include the start-up capitalization of Oceania Cruises, a Miami-based cruise line operating luxury ships. Prior to 1998, Mr. Holtz served as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and President of Capital Bancorp (NASDAQ:CBCP), a Florida-based financial services company with over $2 Billion in assets from September 1994 until January 1998. Mr. Holtz is also Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of a number of private investment entities. He served as Chairman at Domaine Select Wine & Spirits.
