Biography

Mr. Sung Hun Chun served as Attorney at Kim & Chang. Mr. Chun is a foreign attorney in the firm's Overseas Investment Practice Group. His practice focuses on overseas investment transactions, with a particular emphasis on joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, privatizations and Greenfield projects. His active practice also includes international arbitration and cross-border litigation. Mr. Chun previously served as Group General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Daewoo Group in Korea where he represented the Group companies in their worldwide investment and development projects in the automobile, electronics, natural resources and construction industries. He has also represented these and other Korean companies in commercial litigation arbitration in Europe, North and South Americas, Asia, the Middle East, and Russia. In recent years, Mr. Chun served as Adjunct Professor at Young San University Law Department, where he taught courses on international dispute resolution, international commercial transactions, and foreign direct investments. He lectured also on the international joint ventures at the Judicial Research & Training Institute.
