Biography

Ms. Natalie Greene served as Principal at RiverGlade Capital. Ms. Greene served as an Associate at Bain & Company. Prior to joining RiverGlade, Natalie spent two years as an Associate at Sterling Partners. During her time at Sterling, Natalie was involved in all aspects of the firm's investment process including deal origination and execution, debt financing and refinancing transactions, portfolio company sales, add-on acquisitions, and restructurings, as well as monitoring of portfolio companies across the healthcare and business services investing practices. Previously, she spent three years as an Investment Banking Analyst at Lincoln International, a middle-market firm headquartered in Chicago with a global footprint, where she executed sell-side and buy-side transactions for private equity firms, publicly traded companies, and privately-held and family-owned businesses across healthcare, business services, industrials, and consumer sectors. She holds a BS in Economics from Duke University and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
