Biography

Mr. Ervil Spencer serves as Partner at Greystone Capital Partners. He is a senior investment banking professional with an extensive track record in leveraged finance, acquisition financing transactions and debt restructuring. His expertise crosses a number of industries including telecommunications, cable, media, industrials, and data centers. With almost 10 years of experience on Wall Street, Mr. Spencer has completed 52 leveraged finance transactions raising approximately $14 billion in capital for corporate clients. Additionally, he has advised clients on 15 debt restructuring transactions affecting over $4 billion of leveraged debt serving as a lead negotiator with creditors in the leveraged debt markets in the U.S. He has a proven track record in business development, as evidence by his key role in building the data center investment banking practice at TD Securities. Mr. Spencer has advised clients throughout North America and Latin America. He holds a BBA from Pace University, summa cum laude, and he obtained his MBA from the Harvard Business School. He is also a certified public accountant.
