Biography

Mr. Marcus Richards is the Founder & serves as Managing Director and Executive Vice Chairman at Greystone Capital Partners. He serves as Executive Vice Chairman at Argyle Industries. He serves as Managing Director at Hardware & Lumber. He is a Board Member at Sirius XM Canada. He brings more than a decade of investment banking and financial advisory experience to the firm having specialized in mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance and restructuring with a variety of global financial institutions. Mr. Richards' has originated, structured and/or executed transactions for companies in the USA, Latin America, Australia, Europe and the Caribbean. Immediately prior to the build-out of Greystone, Mr. Richards served as a Director in the Advisory practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers where he led a team that specialized in corporate finance, project finance, mergers & acquisitions and transaction services. Before joining PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mr. Richards Co-Founded Titan Capital, a boutique strategic and financial advisory firm based in the Caribbean. He began his career in financial services at JPMorgan Securities advising on a variety of transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, corporate restructuring, recapitalizations and debt & equity financing. He is a graduate of Howard University from which he holds a BBA with a concentration in Finance.
