Biography

Mr. Mark Maynard owned Humphreys Skitt & Co. Mr. Maynard is also the Owner of the company. He has been at Humphreys Skitt & Co since graduating in 1979. While working at the firm, he studied Estate Management by correspondence at the University of Reading and in 1988, he and his brother Nick who was an Associate at Hillier Parker bought the company from the retiring owner. Mark knows the local residential market intimately. Born and brought up in South-East London, he has more than 30 years' experience in marketing high value homes, land and new developments in the area. He has acted on behalf of charities, Housing Associations, house builders and private individuals in both sales and acquisitions. He is a huge enthusiast for Blackheath & Greenwich and loves property. His patience and tenacity are the ideal skills for dealing with the challenges that attend selling unique properties, whatever the market conditions. He holds BS (Bachelor of Science) degree in Social Psychology from Loughborough University.
