Biography

Mr. Phillip Kenney served as Executive Vice President, Global Operations at AchieveGlobal. Mr. Kenney served as Chief Compliance and Quality Officer at Miller Heiman Group. Mr. Kenney possesses a unique blend of operational excellence, business process improvement expertise, compliance acumen, and a profound understanding of Sales and Service that will shape the Miller Heiman Group as the business expands in complexity and scope. He previously served as Miller Heiman Group's Executive Vice President of Global Operations and Strategic Initiatives, in which he established the company's infrastructure, and global operating model and ensured overall operations ran at the highest possible levels. He was COO of AchieveGlobal from July 2011 until it became part of what is now Miller Heiman Group, gaining valuable experience working with the company's wholly-owned offices and franchise partner network. For 16 years, Kenney worked in Financial Services for Franklin Templeton Investments, where he ran large back office teams in Customer Service, Operations and Retirements, and strategic Digital Programs and Analytics as part of Global Marketing.
