Mr. Valentin Reisgen is a Founder of Kai Capital Management where he serves as Managing Partner. He serves as Board Member at Eficiencia y Tecnologia. Mr. Reisgen was formerly the Chief Executive Officer at KHS AG, a worldwide manufacturer of filling and packaging machines with 5,000 staff and revenues of c. Euro 1 billion. Additionally, he served as Chief Financial Officer of the publically listed holding companies Klöckner-Werke AG and WCM AG. Before that, he was Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Board of Directors of Viterra Energy Services (now: ista International) where he was also responsible for the Viterra Energy Services' operations in Northern and Southern Europe. Mr. Reisgen also held management positions at General Electric/AEG Niederspannungstechnik (low voltage engineering) and West Pharmaceutical Services (manufacturer of primary packaging for the pharmaceutical industry). His career path began after he completed his studies of Business Administration as an auditor at Price Waterhouse Coopers. During this time, he passed the state exam to become a tax accountant.
