Mr. Hans-Georg Herrmann served as Managing Partner at Kai Capital Management. He has been active in the fields of trade and industry for more than 15 years. Until 2010 he was Financial Director Europe of japanese Link-Theory-Group (fashion/lifestyle with Labels Rosner, Theory and Helmut Lang). Before he was Head of Internal Audit at Merckle / Ratiopharm-Group and Commercial Director of the US-subsidiaries. After studying Business Administration and completing a US-CPA degree (Certified Public Accountant) Hans-Georg Herrmann held management positions in the fields of Audit, Finance and Investment Management at Grohe and Tengelmann.
