Biography
Mr. Danian Chen co-founded and served as Chief Operating Officer at Shanda Games. He has served as the director for Shanda Games since June 2008. Mr. Chen has served in various capacities at Shanda Interactive, most recently as the chief operating officer from 2008 to 2012. Mr. Chen has also served as a member of the board of directors of Shanda Interactive since its inception in 1999, and a member of the board of directors of Cloudary Corporation. Prior to establishing Shanda Interactive, Mr. Chen held various positions with Star Trans International Ltd., Haijie Shipping Agency Company, and Jinyi Network Company from 1996 to 1999.
