Biography

Mr. Cormac Commins served as Partner at William Fry. He represents some of the largest fund promoters in the Irish market, including BlackRock, Barclays, BNY Mellon, Lazard, State Street and Vanguard. He specializes in the establishment and operation of all types of investment funds and has a significant UCITS practice. With over 20 years' experience in the funds arena, Cormac is a regular speaker and participant at fund industry conferences and has also written a number of articles on the area. He has served for many years as a member of the Irish Funds Industry Association's (IFIA) Trustee Committee and is currently co-chair of the IFIA's Marketing Committee.
