Biography

Mr. Scott Whitman serves as Advisor at New Century Capital Partners. Mr. Whitman served as Managing Director at New Century Capital Partners. Prevoiusly, he served as Conquistador at Whitman & Company. He served as Vice President, Healthcare Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan. He was previously working as a Associate at Piper Jaffray. Scott has 11 years of investment banking experience. Most recently, Scott worked for nearly seven years with J.P. Morgan's Healthcare Investment Banking Group, located in San Francisco. Scott has worked with and advised some of the world's leading life sciences companies, including medical device and biotech companies, ranging from start-ups to public companies with enterprise values exceeding $50 billion. Scott's broad range of transaction experience includes mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings and initial public offerings, with transaction sizes ranging from $10 million to more that $3 billion. Scott has a BA in Accounting from St. John's University and an MBA from UCLA Anderson.
