Biography

Mr. Christopher Predko serves as Partner at Warner Norcross + Judd. Heis a seasoned trial lawyer with more than two and a half decades of experience successfully representing clients in some of the most complex, highly technical, multiparty cases, both at trial and arbitration. His practice is primarily focused on defending clients in cases involving product safety and liability, construction, and environmental permitting. While his cases require enormous intellectual and professional rigor, his commitment to highly tailored client service remains paramount and constant. Recognized as a top lawyer for his product liability work, Chris defends product liability lawsuits across the country involving a multitude of different products in all industries. He also regularly represents automotive, consumer product, food, drug, device manufacturers, and distributors in enforcement actions, product recalls, and other matters before the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA), Department of Agriculture (USDA), and Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).
