Biography

Mr. Michael Mazzeo serves as Chief Executive Officer & Co-Chief Investment Officer at Eagle Global Holdings. Mr. Mazzeo was the Founding Partner of Elm Equity Partners. He also served as Chief Operating Officer at Cloud x Partners. Prior to joining the management team, he worked for the CEO of a multi-billion dollar electronic fixed income trading pioneer, Tradeweb Markets. At Tradeweb, he collaborated with a variety of C-level executives and drove multiple key initiatives relating to strategic opportunities, pricing and sales strategy, key personnel decisions, new-business and acquisition integration, financial planning, and business operations. He has an established track-record as an entrepreneur having founded a New York-based Educational Services company that has remained highly profitable since inception. He has also worked across three of Goldman Sachs' most prestigious trading desks. He holds a BS in Economics from Duke University, with a minor in Education. He is also the Chairman of Chance Academic Advising, Inc.
