Biography

Ms. Bonnie Kintzer serves as the Chairwoman & Chief Executive Officer at Trusted Media Brands. Ms. Kintzer Serves as an Advisory Board Member at EduLab Capital Partners. Ms. Kintzer joined WMI from Kintzer & Associates, a strategic management consulting firm she founded in 2007 that specializes in media, with a client list of prestigious online and offline publishing brands. She succeeds Jill Botway, who has left the Company at the mutual agreement of Ms. Botway and the Board. Prior to Kintzer & Associates, from 1998 through 2007, Ms. Kintzer was employed by Reader's Digest Association. Initially joining the company as Vice President of Global Strategy & Business Redesign, her responsibilities were increased through a series of promotions culminating in 2005 as President, of U.S. Publishing. In this position, she was responsible for all of the Company's print and digital publishing activities in the United States. Among her most significant achievements were the launch of Every Day with Rachael Ray, the second most successful magazine launch in history, and the acquisition of AllRecipes.com, the world's #1 food website. Ms. Kintzer received an MBA from The Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration and a BA in International Business from Clark University. She is on the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Center for Child Development. She serves as the Advisor at Citypath.
