Steven Cutler General Information
Biography
Mr. Steven Cutler served as Chief Operating Officer at Airtime. He served as Co-Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at IAC. He served as a Partner at The Pilot Group. He oversees M&A activity across the IAC portfolio, as well as identifying new opportunities outside of the company's existing focus areas. Prior to joining IAC, he was a partner at Pilot Group, a New York-based private equity firm founded by media executive Robert Pittman, managing approximately $850 million in the capital. He joined Pilot Group in 2006 and was responsible for overseeing and executing acquisitions and sales of portfolio companies. He has also served at the Board level as well as operationally at portfolio companies as needed. In addition to this role, he was Executive Vice President, Business Development and Corporate Strategy at iHeartMedia, where he led global acquisitions and divestitures, negotiated complex strategic agreements with partners as well as served as the company's representative on the Board of the National Association of Broadcasters. Previously, He was an investment banker at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he worked on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions for media/telecom and consumer/retail companies. He began his career as an analyst at Jupiter Media Metrix Research, helping client companies build the digital aspects of their businesses online and on mobile platforms. He holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.A. from Brown University.
