Biography
Mr. Höfermann-Kiefer was the founder of CTG Corporate Transformation Group and also served as its managing partner. After studying industrial engineering at the TU Berlin collected Franc professional experience in mergers and acquisitions and by restructuring in the engineering industry. For many years he worked before he started with in connection with the consulting firm AT Kearney, the CTG. He focuses on strategy, organizational / process optimization as well as the support of M & A transactions. He supervised several large scale mergers and strategic alliances in the energy sector. In his spare time, his attention is mainly his family. He drives race bike and is interested in architecture.
