Biography

Mr. Gregory Blum serves as a Consultant at Spencer Stuart. He is a member of Spencer Stuart's Financial Officer Practice, assisting organizations with senior executive recruiting needs out of the firm's Dallas office. Greg has led CFO assignments for both public and privately held industry leaders in industrial, energy, utilities, consumer, hospitality, retail, and other sectors. He also leads assignments for key direct reports to the CFO, including chief accounting officers, corporate controllers, treasurers, divisional finance leaders, corporate development executives, FP&A heads, audit leaders, and tax officers. Before joining Spencer Stuart, Greg was a consultant in the financial officer, industrial, and energy practices of another international executive search firm, where he conducted CFO and other senior-level finance searches, as well as assignments for operations, human resources, IT, and strategy leaders. In addition, he conducted significant assessment work for public accounting and investment banking clients.
