Biography

Mr. Jason Hancock serves as a Consultant at Spencer Stuart. He leads Spencer Stuart's global technology sector for the Technology, Media & Telecommunications Practice. He is also a core member of the CEO and Board Practice. Jason is adept at working through challenging board dynamics and succession projects for a broad range of companies. Over the last 25 years, Jason has developed a successful track record working with established public companies and private equity-backed businesses in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. He has worked with clients on more than 500 CEO, board director, C-level succession, and other executive leadership assignments. A native of England, Jason has been engaged as a speaker at conferences in Europe and the U.S. on subjects relating to the recruiting and retention of employees and corporate governance. He also has been widely published in the areas of leadership, career success, and corporate governance in Asia, Europe, and the U.S. Jason received his master's of business administration from the University of Washington's Foster School of Business.
