Biography

Mr. Cory Baker is a Co-Founder & serves as Managing Partner at Consortium Brand Partners. He co-founded Marquee Brands. Before joining Marquee Brands, He was the Principal & Founder of Julian Wolf, a brand management & business development agency. Before founding Julian Wolf in 2013, he was the Managing Director of Brand Strategy and Development at Infinity Lifestyle Brands, heading up the company's brands division and overseeing all licensing, marketing, strategy, and development for the private equity portfolio. He also served as Vice President of Business Affairs at Iconix Brand Group, Inc., where his role on the management team included closing on over $1 billion in brand acquisitions and joint ventures and growing the portfolio from 12 to 24 global brands. At Iconix, He also helped strategize the company's international marketing and brand management to develop cross-brand licensing expansion programs for the entire roster, including major national brands such as Joe Boxer, Starter, Candies, Badgley Mischka, and OP. He began his career in intellectual property law focused on film, music, television, fashion, and hospitality where he played instrumental roles in brand extension programs. He received his B.A. from the University of Maryland, College Park with a scholar's citation in International Studies and his J.D. from New York Law School.
