Biography

Ms. Stacy D'Amico serves as Co-Chief Operating Officer the growth fund at Andreessen Horowitz. She served as Client Director at Gartner. She is focused on building programs, networks, and communities for Growth founders and their teams. Before becoming COO, she was an operating partner on the Go-To-Market Network team at Andreessen Horowitz, which advises portfolio companies on go-to-market and sales strategies and connects them to resources in the a16z network. Prior to joining a16z, she worked for ten years as a client director at Gartner, managing strategic relationships with executives in IT, engineering, and marketing and strategy. She previously held senior roles in sales and leadership at Navisite, Inc., and Verio, supporting high-tech, financial services, retail, oil and gas, and energy companies. She is a Silicon Valley native and holds a BS in business and marketing, with a minor in communications, from San Jose State University.
